Q. Do I have to pay any other service charges?
A. No, the price shown is all you
pay including delivery, handling, and the flowers. All the prices
are quoted in U.S. dollars unless specified otherwise.
Q. How long will it take to deliver the
flowers from time of an on-line order?
A. We guarantee requested day delivery
if we receive your paymentthree business days prior to the scheduled
delivery date. Please allow ample time for a check to arrive in
mail or a wire transfer to clear at the bank. If we make a late
delivery, we will issue you a credit for a free flower delivery
of equal or less value.
Q. What if my order can not be delivered
on the requested day?
A. There have been situations when
recipient was not in on the day we delivered the flowers, therefore,
you are highly recommended to give us alternative days for delivery.
We will attempt one redelivery and if the recipient is still not
in, we will have to abort the effort and you will still be responsible
for the payment.
Q. What if the flowers I chose are out
of season?
A. We try to display and offer
flowers which are in season. However, there will be instances where
a requested flower will not be available. We will notify you by
e-mail and substitute with your permission or issue a total refund.
Q. How do I use Chinese on the greeting
message to the recipient?
A. You can use any type of Chinese
software to write the messages at the "Customer's Note" area in
the order form. Or we will translate your Englsih message into Chinese
free of charge upon your request. Please limit to 15 English words
or 30 Chinese characters.
Q. Can I have flowers delivered on a Sunday
or a National Holiday?
A. Yes! we delivery 7 days a week
and 365 days a year.
Q. How will I know if my gift was received?
A. We will send you an e-mail
to confirm its delivery after it has been delivered.

What if the recipient is not living in the city but suburban area,
can my order be delivered?
A.We
will inform you by e-mail if this is the case, and a $10 extra charge
will be imposed.
